Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field
- 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture and implementation
- 5+ years of experience as a contact center technology architect, enterprise IT Architect or senior contact center developer working with leading contact center technology platforms and applications, such as Amazon Connect, Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, NICE InContact, Salesforce, etc.
- 3+ years designing and implementing NLP/NLU (IVR or chat) solutions using at least one major conversational AI framework (e.g., Rasa, Dialogflow, Lex, or Azure Bot Service) at enterprise scale in a contact center environment
- 3+ years hands-on coding experience with REST APIs and web services, including successful integration of 3+ contact center platforms (e.g., Genesys, Amazon Connect, Five9)
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS experience preferred, with proficiency in a wide range of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation)
- AWS Professional level certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Professional, DevOps Engineer Professional) preferred
- Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., Terraform, Python)
- Knowledge of security and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Knowledge of Amazon Connect or Amazon Lex capabilities, benefits, and required deployment skills
- Experience incorporating generative AI into the contact center (voice or chat bots, agent assist or next best action) to answer questions or drive self-service experiences, including architecture design, model selection and integration, prompt engineering, and data preparation.

The focus of these scholar meetings is to check in on the scholars' Growth Plan progress, learn about challenges or obstacles to growth faced by the scholars and to uncover ways you and the program can help the scholar address those obstacles.
Attends all 10KSB modules, clinics and program events at CCRI to support scholar learning.
Connects scholars to external Business Support Services (local entrepreneurship ecosystem) as needed for specialty services.
Works with scholars to understand, collect and apply business metrics to support growth.
Assists within the classroom to coordinate group activities and support faculty.
Helps scholars apply course content to their businesses.
Curriculum Participation:
Advises for business growth using the program deliverables (Growth Plan).

About the role The opportunity
The Underwriting Analyst will aid the local Facultative Underwriting team and provide support regarding underwriting analysis including tools, records management and processes.
Review of client/broker submissions regarding data quality and set up in underwriting system including ITC clearance
Set up of rating system and costing requests to third party provider including risk appropriate costing instructions (e.g. scrubbing of data)
Quality/plausibility check of costing output
Completion of UW analysis including but not limited to loss history review, risk engineering report review, research of risk characteristics
Prepare analysis-based suggestions for U/W on debits/credits and other risk specific pricing modifications
Liaise with Risk Engineering Services as needed on risk review and classes
Interact with Genpact (costing principles, accuracy) and contracts (forms, contracts review)
Verbal or written communication with clients and brokers on account specific data needs/clarifications or requests for additional information - based on performed need analysis or as instructed
Provide administrative and analytical support regarding pricing tools, internal systems, records processes for the business relationships in his/her area of responsibility. Data entry - risk clearance, binding transactions, property certificates, endorsement issuance, and responsible for strong data quality.
Participate in deal triage calls and process submissions in accordance with triage decisions
Handles all Facultative Underwriting documentation within WIRE
Run and interpret financial reports, e.g. profitability reports (REAP, ReCOP)
Makes sure and maintains guidelines throughout all facultative risks including archiving
Work with other internal/external departments to resolve accounting discrepancies

About You Education
University degree - financial services/ risk management preferred

Professional / Technical Background
2 to 4 years of work experience in P&C commercial property (re)insurance - U.S. markets / risk experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of (re)insurance coverage terms, policy forms a plus.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full‑time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job‑related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part‑time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro‑rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
Work arrangement: Hybrid (up to 60% or 3 days a week; home on weekends - based on project requirements)
Projected Minimum Salary per year: 147,000.00
Projected Maximum Salary per year: 254,000.00
