This role ensures that software application solutions and supporting infrastructure align with the organization's strategic goals, enhance operational effectiveness, and deliver exceptional end-user experiences. The manager will build relationships with executive and clinical leaders and lead a team of application analysts to collaborate with stakeholders and leaders including physicians and nurses. The Manager, Ancillary Applications will serve as the primary point of contact for all matters concerning ancillary applications. This role does not include oversight of EMR applications but will work closely with EMR Management. Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership and Planning: Develop and execute a strategic vision for ancillary application solutions in partnership with executive leadership and key stakeholders. Assess current application landscape, identify gaps, and create actionable roadmaps for enhancements and transition to cloud. Project Management: As needed, serve as Project Manager for the full project lifecycle of ancillary application initiatives, from requirements gathering and vendor selection to deployment and post-implementation review. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate a high-performing team of analysts.
