Key Roles & Responsibilities
Product and Accessories Development Lead
Responsible for creative accessories and base development from ideation through approval
Provide point of view on accessories ideas, concepts and visionary storytelling in key meetings with strong language and knowledge of competitive market references, trends and top selling commercial accessories
Gain strategic alignment with creative teams and merchant team on olfactive vision

Partner with technical teams to ensure product integrity (stability, compatibility, regulatory requirements) and clinical testing criteria for product claims substantiation, as needed

Qualifications/Capabilities:
Bachelor's degree or higher
5-10 years of experience in fragrance industry

Job Description
Assist with the administration of employee assignments, relocations, and transfers.
Manage all processes and daily activities (cost estimates, relocation/assignment letters, offer presentation to candidates, HR systems update, payroll/tax coordination) related to international moves (assignments, repatriations, permanent moves and localizations).
Support preparation and review of documentation related to work permits, visas, and other compliance matters.
