Qualifications Required level of education: Master's degree in a relevant discipline. Minimum of 3 years professional experience in higher education. Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in higher education. Demonstrated ability to develop course content, using Best Practices. Skills Must be able to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization and with third parties, regardless of their level of education, sophistication, socioeconomic, cultural and ethnic status. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Experience with learning management systems, such as Canvas or Blackboard.
