Qualifications
Required
* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in English, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, or related field.
* 4+ years' agency experience in copywriting with a strong focus on CRM, digital, or content-driven marketing
* 2+ years of experience developing high-impact messaging for omni-channel CRM campaigns.
* 2+ years of experience leveraging customer data and analytics to personalize messaging and drive campaign performance.

Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and foster collaboration within a newsroom.
Deep understanding of editorial best practices and implementing new workflows and tools to strengthen news operations.
Willingness to work flexible hours as required by the demands of a 24/7 news cycle.
