We are seeking a passionate Senior Corporate Recruiter, with a primary focus on talent acquisition across all Marcus & Millichap divisions. Our senior leadership team views recruiting as an integral part of their own team, and you will find yourself immersed in each department on a daily basis. Manage all aspects of the recruitment life-cycle for all corporate business lines. Develop and implement a position-specific targeted search strategy to source active and passive candidates. Real knowledge of the talent market, understanding of business strategy and priorities, and be able to build and grow talent networks. Business acumen with strong organizational skills, a sense of urgency and a commitment to quality. Proven client service focus, with an ability to resolve issues quickly, with integrity, sound judgment and a sense of urgency. Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in a corporate (non-agency) recruiting environment though agency experience is a plus. A mix of high volume candidate processing and direct sourcing experience is preferred. Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and other social recruiting platforms.
