The EAP Consultant at Humana Inc. provides comprehensive professional assessments in the areas of safety, substance abuse, and domestic violence. The Consultant is responsible for managing management referrals, mandatory referrals, and consultations for leaders and Human Resource associates. The EAP Consultant provides training for associates and managers that include topics related to stress and resilience, behavior change, and workplace concerns. In addition, the Consultant provides Critical Incident Response (CIR), involving conducting group and 1:1 support sessions following a traumatic incident, such as the death of an associate or a workplace violence incident.
