Responsibilities
Serve as the highest level of technical support for PaxeraHealth clients.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software and technical issues across healthcare imaging systems.
Implement PaxeraHealth software solutions in cloud-based, virtual, and physical environments.
Support integrations with PACS, RIS/HIS, EMRs, and third-party healthcare IT solutions.
Document project activity, contribute to knowledge-based content, and perform root cause analysis.
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and customers to ensure successful installations and timely resolution of service requests.
Provide expert input and support in conferences, demos, or onsite engagements when needed.
What We're Looking For
5+ years supporting or implementing PACS or similar Healthcare IT software.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
Deep understanding of healthcare imaging standards like DICOM, HL7, and IHE.
Hands-on experience with systems administration (Windows Server, Active Directory, VMWare, etc.).
Technical knowledge in:
Networking: TCP/IP, VPNs, NAT, VLAN
Databases: SQL Server, queries, management
Scripting: Bash, PowerShell, Ruby/Perl, HTML/XML
Tools: Wireshark, IIS, Apache, OpenSSL
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users clearly and patiently.
Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check.

Essential Responsibilities:
Ultimately be responsible for design of protection schemes for all kinds of T&D substations, Data Centers, Industrial, BESS applications including one-lines, three-lines, AC / DC schematics, and relay settings.
Lead a local or remote design team to develop panel and interconnect wiring as well as panel layouts and elevations
Evaluate the interoperability, control features, and communication / protocol aspects of IED's serving as protection relays to provide an integrated solution including SCADA, Cyber Security and Telecom needs.
Be familiar with IEC 61850 process and system bus architecture and its implementation for substations
Coordinate with and provide technical assistance to SCADA engineers, substation physical engineers, and control design staff in order to fully develop system integration of protection, control, and monitoring systems. Work with team to meet project specifications, cost control, and schedule objectives
Interface with internal and external team members such as Lead engineers, Project Engineers, Electrical Designers, Physical Designers, Draftsmen, Project managers, Sourcing, and support organizations
Review power system load flow studies, fault studies, relay setting coordination, and transient studies performed by other agencies
Train end-users on the theory, operational use, and maintenance of integrated protection and control systems
Lead or support factory acceptance testing and site testing & commissioning
Develop outage, cut-over, and testing procedures

Requirements:

Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% of the time, including international, for meetings and on-site commissioning tests for customer installations and comply with all relevant company travel and tax policies

P.E. License or EIT with willingness to pursue and acquire P.E certification.
Extensive experience in protective relaying coordination and practices.

The Field Service Representative (FSR) is the primary contact for Varian Medical Systems (VMS) customer service and repair needs ensuring that our customers' equipment operates efficiently at all times. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Independently travels nationally and internationally as the primary technical representative to the customer.
Interacts with customers to diagnose and resolve extrusion & pelletizing equipment issues and failures.
Trains personnel on the operation and maintenance of Nordson BKG extrusion and pelletizing equipment.
Conducts follow-up calls with customers to assess equipment performance and customer satisfaction.
Completes service reports documenting actions performed, equipment failures, and corrective actions.
Collects and documents customer feedback for equipment performance to facilitate continuous improvement.
Provide feedback to Engineering and Sales on equipment performance.
Collaborates with sales, engineering, manufacturing, and after-market services to develop customer centric solutions.

Education and Experience Requirements
