Aids in coordinating system and security administration for multiple HRIS/Payroll related systems as needed. Develops and conducts a robust training program to new users, provide end-user support and assistance to the respective HRIS module or system you support. Works with external vendors and other service providers to ensure the efficient, accurate, and timely exchange of information. Ensures the HRIS system(s) adhere to regional regulatory requirements and organizational policies. Performs additional duties, works on special projects, and collaborates with HRIS team as needed and assigned. Skills/Experience: Bachelors degree (B.S.) or equivalent required. Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible HRIS experience directly related to data integrity, and auditing, process improvement, interface development and maintenance, upgrade testing and maintenance, report development and supporting key HR program functions. Must have demonstrated expertise in HRIS, payroll and business processes with ability to take ownership of overall HRIS and process. General overall knowledge and experience within Human Resources with demonstrated ability to apply technical solutions to solve business problems in an effective manner. Extensive knowledge of UKG Pro and Payroll is required. Knowledge of UKG Workforce Management Dimenions (Kronos) is preferred but not required.
