Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a **Principal Air Vehicle System Test Conductor- Engineering Field Service Representative (FSR)** to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals within our Test and Evaluation (T&E) organization.
This position requires 6+ months of training on a Domestic Assignment to **Pax River, MD and Rancho Bernardo, CA.** After training is completed, it is expected that the candidate will be available to deploy to **Japan, Italy, United Arab Emirates, or Guam** for a minimum of **24 months** , based on current business needs. The international location will be selected by Northrop Grumman after training is completed and will be based on timing and available location(s), determined by business needs. **Principal Test Conductor responsibilities include:**

Compensation
This is a full-time position with a salary range of $62,000-$68,000 for a Data Analyst and $72,000-$78,000 for a SeniorData Analyst. Compensation will be determined based on candidate qualifications and includes a generous benefits package: 403b with employer contribution up to 10%, generous cost sharing of 85% of medical/dental insurance premiums including dependents, life insurance, long-term disability coverage, several ancillary/voluntary benefit plans, 9 paid holidays, up to 22 paid time off days, and paid sick time.
