Communicate requirements effectively for use by ETL & BI Engineers and QA Test Engineers Verify source data to be used truly supports requirements Assist in analyzing business needs against existing data structures/strategy Develop a strong working relationship with internal business partners to understand their needs Participate in testing and other project work as needed Qualifications Experience: 5+ years working in computer science, business or engineering related field 4+ years requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation 3+ years reading logical and physical data models 3+ years working in an Agile software development environment 4+ years writing SQL queries Ability to understand data models, data profiling, and source to target mapping.
