Description Fluidra is looking for a Sr. Technical Analyst, Embedded Software to join our team in Carlsbad, CA. WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE As a Sr. Technical Analyst, Embedded Software you will drive clarity between business goals and technical implementation. You'll work onsite with the Engineering team and collaborate closely with globally distributed teams in the US and India. You'll own the breakdown of product features into actionable stories, define E2E scenarios, and ensure story acceptance meets business and technical needs.. Additionally, you will: Feature Decomposition: Collaborate with Product Managers to define features and convert them into detailed user stories , enablers & spikes with acceptance criteria. You will have the support of a firmware architect Specifications: Translate product requirements into detailed firmware requirements and acceptance criteria, ensuring that all MVP-related items are clearly defined and ready for development before inclusion in sprints. Cross-Functional Collaboration: As a member of the firmware team, you will identify cross-functional dependencies and ensure that interface agreements with the hardware, cloud, mobile application, mechanical, and industrialization teams are clearly defined and documented. E2E Scenarios: Lead end-to-end validation definition to confirm embedded software functionality meets product requirements Story Acceptance: Review and approve user stories based on technical and business acceptance criteria in collaboration with the Product Owner.
