The Resource Database Specialist, (RDS), performs computer system data analysis, entry and management for the MCH Helpline. The RDS is responsible for the maintenance of the MCH integrated intake system, as well as working with Indiana 211 Partnership, Inc. to ensure the resources in the database are up to date. The RDS is subject to being trained in the AIRS standards (Alliance of Information and Referral Systems) and possess the training for I&R (Information and Referral) practices utilizing within the Indiana 211 Partnership, Inc. database.
