Role/Responsibilities
Process Analysis & Optimization
Assess and map current-state processes across HR and Finance workflows.
Assess current processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for data-driven improvements in HR and Finance operations.
Design future-state processes that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance strategic outcomes for both HR and Finance departments.
Promote data governance best practices, working with IT teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting platforms.
Client Partnership
Work closely with HR and Finance client teams to understand business objectives, pain points, and success criteria within their respective domains.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and design sessions to co-create solutions with stakeholders.
Provide consultative guidance to leadership teams on process governance, KPIs, and adoption for omnichannel success.
Implementation & Change Enablement
Work closely with stakeholders to identify and document KPI and business requirements for new reports, dashboards, and analytical tools relevant to HR and Finance.
Collaborate with technology teams to design, develop, and maintain reports and interactive dashboards using Business Intelligence that track HR and Finance KPIs and present complex data findings in a clear, compelling manner.
Develop training materials and deliver sessions to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using new reports and dashboards for effective decision-making.
Perform analyses to interpret data, identify performance trends, and uncover root causes of issues, translating findings into concrete, actionable business recommendations for optimizing HR and Finance functions.
Quality & Continuous Improvement
Establish metrics and monitoring frameworks to measure process performance over time.
Conduct periodic audits to ensure ongoing alignment with business and customer needs.
Share best practices and create reusable frameworks for process evaluation and improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
7+ years of experience in process consulting, business analysis, or operations improvement.
Strong background in process modeling, workflow design, and business process management (BPM).
Experience in the retail industry with a strong understanding of HR and Finance operations and dynamics within that context.
Excellent facilitation skills for workshops, stakeholder interviews, and collaborative sessions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex operational issues into actionable insights.
Experience working directly with client teams in a consultative or advisory capacity.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with and practical experience using data visualization and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Experience in HR and Finance optimization using analytical models (e.g., workforce analytics, financial forecasting models).

Pay and Benefits
Pay Range Minimum: $ 79,000 per year
Pay Range Maximum: $161,700 per year
