Job Summary: The Data and Reporting Analyst is responsible for building and maintaining tools and dashboards to support the Panelmatic SIOP process for Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Master Production Scheduling, and Scenario Building. This role coordinates with various departments including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Sales, Finance, and Operations. Job Duties: Works with Demand Planner to build a monthly demand plan tool using data extracts from Salesforce Opportunities and open backlog from Syteline as well as Budget and Strategic Plan. Works with Demand Planner to create KPI dashboards using Power BI, Tableau or web-based program to report on Forecast Performance metrics. Supports SIOP Director, Demand Planner, and Supply Planner to build scenario tools to review upside and risk to the monthly forecast for sales and operations. Builds automation tools to translate the demand plan to the supply plan using factory allocations, and existing schedule data to create a monthly operations plan for determining labor requirements and capital investment Builds automation tools to simulate and create factory schedules Builds KPI dashboards for supply Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent 3+ years in data analysis Power BI, SQL Advanced Excel Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
