The estimated base salary range for this position is $88,000 to $132,000. The specific salary offered for this, or any given role will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to job location, scope of role, qualifications, complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent, experience, education, and employer budget. POSITION INFO:

In alignment with overarching goals, assists leadership with development and oversight of data systems and reporting software. Primary responsibility is to oversee integrity of the data allowing for accurate reporting and decision making. Must be familiar with system security protocols, interface structure, research methodology and data analysis. This role will provide expert application knowledge, project implementation and report development in support of the directives assigned by leadership. This position assists with accreditation, certification and regulatory data reporting and submissions to State and Federal databases and is responsible for monthly validation and reporting of reports as assigned.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare required. Major course work in computer science, research, healthcare administration, health information management preferred. Master's degree in science related discipline preferred.
Experience
5-7 years of work experience within a hospital or health system. Quality or clinical data environment preferred. Experience with system enhancement, modification and project management implementation required.
Other Qualifications
Must be able to demonstrate a good understanding of data analysis and the importance of data integrity. Must have good verbal and written communications skills. Must have excellent customer service and embrace team building and information sharing. Must be able to comply with Parkview's standards of Behavior. Must understand and embrace data driven, rapid cycle change. Epic electronic healthcare knowledge required, Epic reporting and report development a plus.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Excel data analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities are the coordination of assigned computer applications for defined support areas. This includes project planning, analysis, implementation and support. Performs general consulting and serves as a liaison with all Beacon Health System end-user departments as required. Leads development of solutions requiring analysis and research. Provides support of existing computer applications/systems, which includes troubleshooting, training for end-users, conducting quality assurance and maintaining computer system security. Education and Experience
