You will also collaborate across the Alteryx organization to identify and engage the right internal resources-to ensure customers receive tailored, effective guidance aligned to their unique technical and business challenges. --- Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 1. Serve as the primary technical and strategic point of contact for assigned customers throughout the duration of their subscription term, 2. Advise on best practices, data strategies, analytic maturity, and integrations which meet the needs of the customer business processes and objectives through Alteryx solutions 3. Guide clients in establishing Centers of Excellence, scalable governance frameworks, and analytic modernization initiatives 4. Partner across internal teams to align the right expertise needed to support and mange technical outcomes and strategic initiatives . 5. Architect and guide complex deployments of Alteryx platforms (Designer, Server, AACP, Intelligence Suite, etc.). 6. Lead environment planning and upgrades, minimizing downtime and risk. 7. Monitor and analyze customer usage patterns; identify opportunities for optimization and training. 8. Deliver enablement plans, documentation, and proactive recommendations to reduce friction and drive self-sufficiency. 9. Maintain fluency in evolving cloud and analytics trends to inform customer strategies. 10. Share knowledge internally and externally, promoting technical excellence across Alteryx and our customer ecosystem. --- Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field. · 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Architect, TAM, Consultant, Presales Engineer, etc.). · Demonstrated success managing enterprise client relationships and leading analytics/BI deployments. · Proven expertise with Alteryx Designer and Server; Alteryx Core Certification required. · Strong knowledge of data platforms and database technologies (SQL, RDBMS, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.). · Familiarity with cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP); cloud certifications a plus. · Excellent communication and presentation skills across technical and business audiences, including executive stakeholders. · Experience with visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik) and scripting languages (SQL, shell, Python) preferred. · Ability to travel up to 20%. --- Preferred Certifications & Experience · Alteryx product certifications. · Experience with the Alteryx Platform (including Cloud) · BI/Dashboard development and data engineering experience. · Cloud and data architecture certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect). · Experience with customer lifecycle tools (Salesforce, Gainsight, etc.). Compensation: Alteryx is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location. The base salary range for this role in the United States is $139,000-$160,000. In addition, you may be eligible for additional compensation.
