You will: * Partner with digital product managers and UX teams to analyze user behavior, identify friction points, and recommend enhancements for web and mobile platforms based on transaction and behavioral data. * Build, deploy, and monitor machine learning models that personalize digital experiences, optimize recommendations, and improve digital engagement. * Analyze digital marketing campaigns, A/B test new features, and measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives to maximize ROI. * Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide real-time insights into digital KPIs, customer journeys, and conversion funnels. * Synthesize data from multiple digital touchpoints (web, app, Sales Portal, CRM, social, e-commerce) to deliver holistic, actionable insights. * Collaborate with business leaders to define and track digital success metrics, supporting strategic decision-making and digital roadmaps. * Evaluate and implement new digital analytics tools and platforms to enhance our capabilities.
