Reporting to the VP, Global Enterprise Applications (GEA), the Oracle EBS Functional Application Delivery, Director/ Sr. Manager is responsible for the planning, managing, communicating of Oracle EBS application initiatives with the Governance Framework.

The Oracle EBS Functional Application Delivery, Director/ Sr. Manager ensures the successful delivery of business requirements, functional configuration and delivery of business capabilities for the Oracle eBusiness Suite.

The role demonstrates successful leadership experience in motivating teams to execute against commitments.

This role must have extensive experience in implementing Finance and Accounting solutions on the Oracle EBS platform and provide recommendations for ways in which we can increase business productivity, optimize the application footprint.

This role partners the GEA Directors to ensure quality delivery of software to the QA phase to minimize remediation and defect management.

Additionally, this professional collaborates with the Executive Sponsors and the Executive Steering Committee to set strategy, confirm priorities and ensure operational alignment with business priorities.

The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, strong business knowledge and the ability collaborate effectively associates at levels of the company.
Responsibilities:

Conduct business workshop sessions and facilitate/document business requirements to understand business demand and initiatives Provide hands on setup and functional module implementation/configuration primarily on the Financial modules such as AR, AP, GL, and EbTax Prepare and/or validate solutions for enhancements against Oracle best practices Provide feature, functionality and cost comparison with “ best in breed” Cloud Solutions Create functional design documents Provide hands on setup and functional module implementation/configuration Study current business process flows and suggest options for business optimization and efficiency Determines and recommends integrated hardware and software architecture solutions that meet performance, usability, scalability, reliability, and security needs Research and drive future vision architectural needs Monitor and maintain documentation for change control management Remain current on Oracle applications knowledge and installation best practices Collaborate with project stakeholders and analyze solutions or patches for impact and stability Follow standards and best practices while ensuring compliance throughout the project initiatives Collaborate with project team in order to ensure a smooth transition to the production support team and business users Ownership and accountability of the Oracle/EBS release management process to include prioritizing, planning, building, testing and execution

A Sr Delivery manager plays a vital role in overseeing the delivery drivers and the delivery vans
They work alongside other department managers to ensure deliveries and distributions are made on time and the required vehicles are available and operating as required.

Manage a team of about 200 plus members and fleet and also work closely with the fulfillment center operations team to come up with best possible initiatives that will help both sides reach better standards.
Work hand in hand with HR department to ensure all employees are given necessary support
Recognizes and addresses organizational barriers to ensure future success of ongoing business process improvement and automation programs.
Directs and implements policies and procedures to ensure better-than-industry average safety. Developing and measuring key performance indicators for the logistics organization – health, safety, environment, cost, on-time delivery, etc. – to enhance Weee! Customer experience.
Be a champion of all delivery processes and have the ability to tweak them as needed to achieve the desired targets for the team and the company


Requirements
