JOB PURPOSE As a UX Sr. Principal Technical Expert, you will lead strategic activities to help define future product competitiveness and key fundamental technology application feasibility. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES User Experience Roadmap Clearly aid and contribute to the creation the UX research vision, contribute to the UX strategy and desired outcomes to the team, ensuring that their actions align with the division's and company's priorities. User Experience Solution Development Guide, review and create proposals for digital products and oversee the breakdown of primary specifications specifically in their interaction with related systems. Work with teams [EH4]to bring UX solutions and specifications to the organization. Correlate solution achievement plans with related departments at HDMA as well as with Japan and AHM as necessary User Experience Testing Collaborate with leaders in the division and related divisions to construct and execute relevant testing and proof-of-concept experiments and support judgment on customer impact for proposed system changes and propose alternative solutions as necessary. Unit Leadership Provide technical leadership by monitoring individual team member performance and task execution to ensure alignment with departmental objectives. Oversee and support project-level budget management activities, including tracking expenditures and resource allocation Integration & Correlation Follow company policies and external regulations and consider industry best practices to develop and coach others, working through potential issues.
