Lead and execute precast engineering and design tasks efficiently.
Collaborate with project teams to deliver structurally sound, cost-effective, and visually appealing precast concrete designs.

10 plus years of precast design experience in precast concrete design engineering for transportation infrastructure and underground structures (utility vaults, manholes, drainage structures and pump stations).

Focus on schematic design, and design development, while also collaborating closely with project architects to guide detailing and construction documentation. Prepare and direct the preparation of client presentation materials, particularly our 2D and 3D design visualizations, to convey the design in a compelling and sophisticated manner. Lead design presentations when called upon to do so in support of the project and team.
Work within our culture of being an integrated practice by closely collaborating with interior designers and typology subject matter experts on holistic design solutions from exterior to interior.
Collaborate with technical leaders and engineers to employ sensitive consideration of building systems. Coordinate design intent with other disciplines.
Integrate performance-based and sustainable design strategies into design solutions, including supporting the building performance group in their energy modeling efforts.
Expect to apply these approaches in the design of large-scale projects and/or multiple projects simultaneously.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Bachelor or Master degree in Architecture required. Bachelor or Master degree in Architecture from an accredited program preferred.

Architectural Registration in the United States preferred.
