Designer 4 (Senior): All skills of Designer 3 plus: Demonstrated ability to understand the whole truck and all of its systems, operation and service requirements. Ability to identify task requirements and self-evaluate progress of project. Ability to mentor and lead others in daily tasks. Additional Requirements: Travel to customer or supplier sites domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time. Ability to complete and maintain mine certifications or safety training such as Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) hazard training.
