The Designer - Substation is responsible for supporting substation design projects across the QISG platform by performing routine 2D/3D Physical and/or Protection & Control (P&C) design tasks. Job description:
As a UX Designer for the eCG's global mobile UX team, you will partner with cross-functional teams create delightfully intuitive mobile interfaces that address user and business needs. In this role, you will participate in the entire iterative design process from discovery to launch.
You have strong interaction design skills underpinned by strong knowledge of mobile design best practices. You are comfortable delivering high quality interaction design in the form of wireframes, mockups, motion studies, and prototypes - but have a deep experience and interest in scalable UI systems. You have experience creating, using, and maintaining pattern libraries and style guidelines. Creating UI specs and assets is second nature.
You have a passion for learning about how people interact with your products. You are comfortable facilitating collaborative user-centered design exercises with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders. You work closely with developers on a daily basis to ensure your designs are technically well considered and feasible. A close collaboration with product owners helps you prioritize the work that will have the biggest impact for our users and our business

Responsibilities:
• Architectural design talent and an easygoing, collaborative personality
