    We're looking for a forward-thinking Digital Design Manager (BIM/VDC) to lead our growing Busbar team in Anderson. In this role, you'll drive the digital delivery strategy for our projects leading and developing a team of talented BIM Coordinators focused on developing high-precision 3D models and 2D shop drawings for busbar systems. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead & Develop Talent Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of Revit Coordinators. Identify and resolve design clashes and discrepancies in partnership with engineering, project management, and construction teams. Ensure Project & Model Accuracy Review and approve BIM outputs, ensuring accuracy in BOMs, drawings, and models. Trck and communicate changes to technical engineering and project teams. Drive Standards & Best Practices Enforce and educate team on established product line modeling and documentation standards. Organize and lead model reviews, project check-ins, and QA/QC milestones. Promote Collaboration & Communication. Act as the digital delivery liaison across departments, ensuring clear handoffs, issue resolution, and consistent alignment with project objectives. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field - or equivalent combination of education and experience. Associate's degree plus significant industry experience may be considered in lieu of a 4-year degree. 5+ years of experience in BIM/VDC coordination, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role Experience with busbar or modular electrical systems preferred. Applicable experience with Revit MEP, AutoCAD or Navisworks. Knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) required. Knowledgeable regarding industry standards for drawing creation/best practices Aptitude for problem-solving. Strong communication skills to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization. Architecture/Engineering Design Technology or Associate in Applied Science Degree in Drafting/Computer Aided Design or related post high school training required.
