The Senior Footwear Designer plays a key role in bringing the OOFOS mission to life through innovative, trend-relevant product design. This role is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing footwear products. The ideal candidate is an experienced footwear designer with a strong aesthetic sensibility, technical proficiency, and the ability to independently manage multiple projects from concept through commercialization. While footwear will be your primary focus, this role also provides opportunities to develop seasonal color stories, product graphics, and material treatments, as well as creating mood boards and presentations that support cross-functional teams during key reviews and sales meetings.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Industrial Design, Product Design, Footwear Design, Graphic Design, Accessories Design, 3D Design skills a plus.
8+ years of footwear design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative, commercial, and trend-driven designs. Shoemaking experience preferred.

The Radar Mechanical Design Department leads mechanical design, development, and integration of some of the most innovative land-based and shipboard radars in the world. This includes phased array radar systems, hardware integration, and electronic modules, pedestal and power and cooling systems. The department is comprised of individuals with technical expertise and experience in hardware design, integration, and production support.

This onsite role will be based in Marlborough, MA or Tewksbury, MA.
What You Will Do:
You will be responsible for developing sound technical solutions to a wide range of complex problems related to the entire product life cycle.
Program support and development from early development through transition to production.
Lead the mechanical development of radar systems and components that achieve the performance requirements at the system-level.
Provides technical conscience, challenged with making sure the product and process meet appropriate standards and requirements
Ensures balance with risk conditions and constraints while advising leadership.
Visible and accountable for technical decisions.
Frequent technical contact with the customer and senior personnel including requirements, significant technical commitments, IRAD, future technical needs, etc.
You will also be responsible for meeting cost, schedule, quality, and performance requirements for the finished product.
Work with minimal direction or supervision, while exercising considerable latitude in determining the technical objectives of the assignment.

Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
A minimum of eight years of experience in the design of mechanical design for military or aerospace or commercial applications.
Experience with innovative mechanical design and trouble shooting skills.
Experience with phase array structures, and/or hardware packaging, and/or array integration for military or mechanical or commercial applications in a collaborative environment.
The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Our client, an international footwear brand, is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to support the creation of toolkits, guidelines, and presentation decks that align with global retail visual merchandising and marketing initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring that both upstream and downstream deliverables are executed accurately and on time. To be considered, you must be comfortable in both Keynote and PowerPoint - samples will be required.
Our client is open to someone junior or mid-level - the decks won't be totally custom from scratch, a lot of it will be building off of templates and plugging in approved imagery, copy, content etc. Think of this as a Presentation Production Designer to some degree.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and produce communication materials such as seasonal toolkits and go-to-market decks using
Keynote and PowerPoint (program varies by deliverable).
Utilize existing templates to streamline document creation and maintain brand consistency.
Build Downstream Toolkits/Guidelines that provide store teams with clear instructions for in-store product and marketing presentation. These documents include:
