In this role, the Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for design ideation, strategy, and graphic design for 360 marketing campaigns including digital marketing, CRM, in-store, and more. Collaboration across departments and an emphasis on design reviews, design feedback, and AB testing to leverage KPIs, data and analytics are necessary. They will also provide art direction and enforce brand standards across campaigns with external partners to ensure all outsourced design work meets quality and brand guidelines. The right candidate must have in-house or agency design experience, be able to juggle various projects at once, embrace AI and automation, be highly collaborative with the ability to adapt to new business inputs, stakeholder feedback, and ultimately our target audience.
