The Graphic Designer is responsible for following through on all customer graphics orders and will help with volume copying. In addition to effective conceptualization abilities, strong design skills, and technical expertise, the Graphic Designer must be highly collaborative by nature and must have demonstrated strengths in graphics design, project management, and communication.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in visual communication, graphic design, or a related field; at least two years of experience in graphic design or in the print industry, and is skilled in copyediting/proofreading and desktop publishing. He or she must have full mastery of various software design programs including Adobe-based platforms (Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) for both Mac and PC.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepares and assembles images and illustrative material and copy and manages layout for publication
Develops creative concepts and builds graphic solutions for customers
Prepares/completes the creative concepts, graphic design, pre-press work, and technical specifications necessary to complete projects
Completes pre-press set up in Adobe based platforms (Acrobat InDesign, Pagemaker, Illustrator, Photoshop) for both Mac and PC
Communicates effectively with customers
Develops and maintains accurate customer files based on production work flow
Produces/designs, proofs, and updates materials for customer projects
Develops as a team player and is critical to the production process
Consistently follows up on production activity using various communication methods (telephone, email, etc.)
Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in visual communication, graphic design, or a related field preferred
Two years of experience in graphic design or the print industry
Strong computer and internet skills (multiple platforms)

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL INCLUDE:
Provides technical and design services in support of civil engineering projects as part of a project team.

Create high-quality, visually compelling designs across various media, including digital, print, and promotional materials.

Job Title: CAD DesignerJob Description As a vital member of the design team, the CAD Designer will be responsible for preparing construction drawings for various projects, including infrastructure planning and design, stormwater design and permitting, pavement evaluations, site and facilities design, commercial site development layouts, and utility system design. The role also involves preparing project specifications and assembling permit submittals for City, County, and State levels.
Responsibilities
+ Support the engineering team with CAD knowledge.
+ Develop CAD drawings for the assigned department.
+ Create plans independently and under direction from senior staff.
+ Engage in the technical development of contract plans and marketing exhibits.
+ Maintain project drawing files.
+ Create maps, graphs, charts, overlays, base drawings, details, and sketches.
+ Complete red line mark-ups and address design comments related to site layout and details.
+ Organize and prepare a variety of complex layouts and drawings from written or verbal specifications or from rough or detailed sketches.
+ Follow CAD standards for the project established by the client, firm, and industry.
+ Recommend standards and symbols to meet specialized needs of a particular project, or to enhance CAD productivity.
+ Maintain current knowledge of design and drafting procedures in specialty field.
+ Use basic quantity and geometry calculations in creation of drawings.
+ Perform mathematical calculations and quantity takeoffs.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
+ Expertise in drafting and civil engineering design.
+ Experience in land development and construction drawings.
+ Ability to perform basic quantity and geometry calculations.
+ Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word.
+ Minimum of three years of experience in civil engineering drafting and design.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ Experience in airport, transportation, or land development is desired.
Work Environment
The work usually takes place in a clean, pleasant, and comfortable office setting. Occasionally, site visits may require working in outdoor environments. Nights and weekends are generally not required but may occasionally be necessary with little or no advanced notice.

Job Description
Summary: Responsible for the creation and/or manipulation of Computer Aided Design models to be used within the company to support manufacturing and/or inspection. Individual will be required to interface within the company departments to support and satisfy company policy and procedure for control of digital design definition and model base definition.

Create solid CAD models and/or shop manufacturing aids/drawings within the company's existing CAD software platform (Catia latest revision).

Interfaces directly and frequently with other departments to ensure on-time delivery of products.
Receives guidance from upper management on tactical scheduling situations throughout areas of responsibility.
Communicates and engages upper management frequently on production status and situations.
Engages with process planners and program managers on scheduling conflicts related to his/her area of responsibility.
Returns feedback to estimators as needed for lead-time and pricing corrections based on unforeseen circumstances that cannot be resolved.
Utilizes lean manufacturing approaches to ensure continuous smooth workflow.
