RQC, LLC, (a wholly-owned subsidiary of DPR Construction) is seeking experienced Architects with an advanced level of large scale ($25M +) commercial, federal and/or industrial type project experience to join our design/build team to contribute to true integrated project delivery for the Department of Defense. Projects are challenging, interesting and diverse both technically and geographically.

Our dynamic 35+ Architectural team (and growing) includes over10 licensed Architects, and staff hailing from some of the top commercial Arch/A&E firms in the nation. We utilize the highest levels of design and 3D technologies for production and construction.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
A Bachelor's of Architecture degree is the minimum formal education required for this position. US Architectural License required. CA licensure preferred. Twenty (20) or more years experience in design CAD/REVIT construction documentation, project delivery or equivalent in the design-build industry required with five (5) or more years experience in commercial design project/team management managing multiple projects of minimum $50M value, minimum 60K sq. ft. Up to $100M value preferred. Experience with OSHPD a plus. Project management with the Department of Defense (DoD) is preferred. Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Internet, etc.) required. Specific software literacy (Revit v2009 or higher, ACAD v2007 or higher, Sketchup) required. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, preferred, but not required. LEED GA credential is required. LEED AP/AP+ credential is preferred.

Senior Project Managers are responsible for the successful management of multiple interior design projects whilst leading and mentoring assigned staff. You will be responsible for leading consultants and internal resources, managing the development of contract documents, adhering to budgets, contract facilitation and construction site representation whilst maintaining client contact throughout the life of a project.
Senior Project Manager, Interior Architecture & Designer Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in the alternative project delivery market
• Professional Engineering (PE) certification required
• Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) certification is preferred
• Experience leading Design-Build and/or Owner’s Representative service projects
• Experience leading large multi-discipline teams
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Conscientious management of project schedules and budgets
• Experience working with DOTs in the Midwest (preferably Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and/or Missouri) on major interstate, interchange, and roadway reconstruction projects
