The Role We are hiring a Product Designer II to own and improve AI enhanced Core platform workflows across multiple surfaces. This role focuses on complex, operational experiences that span desktop and mobile touch points and intersect directly with AI powered decision making. This is not a production only role. Once optimal designs are developed, TD Designers coordinate permitting, material orders, real-estate acquisition, utility coordination, and engineering approvals from company, city, county, state, and consultant engineers. Education and Experience Requirements: A high school education is required. A bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or related field, and/or two years of related experience is highly preferred. Related experience includes background in construction and maintenance of distribution assets and facilities, project management, or electrical construction.
