    The Architectural Illustrator executes architectural illustrations using Revit, CAD, Lumion, and photoshop to produce high quality 3D images that are as close to reality as possible. Models will then be placed in Lumion to produce a movie with music. The movie will then be loaded on a You tube platform for viewing by ownership. The process and direction for these images will come from the Design & Development team in the form of photos, sketches, mark up, prints, and other formats that will require an understanding of architecture and the construction process. Use of the department resources for files, materials, signage, and equipment will also be a requirement. When possible, a 3D print will be required. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree and or equivalent design illustrator experience KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp and Microsoft series of programs Revit experience would be a plus Strong communication skills.
