Posted Pay Range

* Convert traditional slide decks and documents into interactive, learner-centered experiences.

Needs Analysis & Measurement
* Partner with SMEs to identify performance gaps, learning needs, and target behaviors.

* Define learning outcomes and align activities and assessments to those outcomes.
* Track effectiveness using available data (completion, assessment scores, feedback, operational metrics).
