About the Role

Compensation and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, benefits, and equity. Compensation is aligned with the range below for U.S. employees and takes into account location, experience, and performance. Mainspring Energy is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Fleet Operations to manage the preventive maintenance and emergency response for our fleet of linear generators as we accelerate their deployment to customer sites. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the O&M team, including geographically distributed field service technicians and supervisors.
