We're looking for a Director of Product to lead the fraud and risk function for our consumer products. This is a high-impact IC role today, responsible for architecting the systems, controls, and decisioning that protect our credit products, consumer payments, and homeowner experiences while maintaining a seamless, high-conversion user journey.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Set and drive the end-to-end fraud and risk product strategy across credit products, consumer payments, and the homeowner app, delivering strong protection without compromising experience.
Own the roadmap for fraud detection and risk scoring systems, and partner closely with Engineering and Data Science to advance models, rules, and real-time defenses.
Partner with Security to strengthen identity and account integrity, shaping product-side risk controls (KYC/KYB, device intelligence, behavioral signals) that mitigate synthetic IDs, ATO, and mule activity.
Lead the strategy to prevent fraud-driven disputes and chargebacks by strengthening upstream controls, improving decisioning logic, and reducing opportunities for abuse before they reach Operations.
Analyze fraud patterns, model performance, losses, and false positives, and make sharp, data-driven decisions that reduce fraud while preserving customer experience.
Manage key vendor relationships and evaluate new technologies, signals, and platforms that can strengthen our fraud and risk defenses.
Collaborate with Compliance and Legal to ensure fraud and risk systems meet regulatory requirements and are audit-ready.
Communicate risks, trends, and mitigation plans to senior leadership with clarity, urgency, and high signal.
Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
10+ years of fraud, risk, identity, or trust & safety product experience in fintech, banking, lending, payments, or consumer finance.
Proven success designing fraud/risk systems, working with DS/ML teams, and shipping high-impact risk products at scale.
Deep understanding of fraud vectors (ATO, synthetic identities, mule accounts, friendly fraud, credit abuse, chargebacks).
Experience with KYC/AML, sanctions, adverse media, dispute regulations, and compliance alignment.

We have been retained by a pharmaceutical client located in the San Francisco Bay Area to hire an Operational Excellence leader to sit within the Technical Operations group.
This position is offered on a hybrid basis, with 2 days a week working on site and 3 days a week working from home. Relocation assistance will be offered for candidates living outside the Bay Area.
Reporting to the Global Head of Operational Excellence, this position will build and execute the OpEx plan across Technical Operations and will work with key stakeholders to deploy an effective lean management system in the US region. This is a challenging and exciting opportunity as our client is the formative stages of building a lean culture.
Qualifications and experience:
10+ years of experience in biopharma, life sciences or highly regulated industries
Bachelors degree in any discipline is strongly preferred.
Strong background in Lean Six Sigma and OE methodologies. (Black Belt, Lean Leader or equivalent experience)

The Senior Director, Commercial Legal will be responsible for the entire commercial legal function, including overseeing and negotiating key deals and relationships, developing new processes and improving existing ones, acting as a trusted business partner, and managing the commercial team. Reporting to the Head of Legal, your responsibilities will include ownership of all aspects of Vanta's negotiations with customers and vendors and associated processes, instituting policies and processes while maintaining hypergrowth, and oversight of legal operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team of attorneys strategically working with global sales teams to execute and negotiate commercial transactions and contracts supporting a company through hypergrowth.
What you'll do as Senior Director, Commercial Legal at Vanta:
Manage our incredibly efficient, productive team of commercial lawyers.
Negotiate customer and partner deals in collaboration with the global sales organization.
Negotiate vendor contracts and ensure that Vanta and its customers are protected.
Manage escalations, collaborate across other teams, and develop solutions to enable team and business partners to close deals.
Provide counsel to the business regarding the business environment, challenges, and objectives.
Oversee the management and maintenance of all company legal templates, including our MSA, Privacy Policy, DPA, etc.
Ensure our contracts are delivering the right objectives for the company & mitigate risk.
Stay up to date on changes in laws and regulations impacting the business and communicate to appropriate parties any changes to controls, policies and procedures.
Evaluate risk factors impacting business decisions and anticipate unique legal issues that could affect the company.

Direct experience with a variety of legal matters, including strategic business agreements, information security and compliance, privacy, intellectual property rights, international expansion, and management of affiliates.
Strong negotiating skills with both legal and financial/commercial issues.
Excellent knowledge and understanding of contract & corporate law and procedures.
Willingness to support teammates across a range of time zones.
Demonstrated ability to create legal, defensive, or proactive strategies.
A champion of change & proven ability to build operationally excellent processes and practices.
