Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, this leader will set the strategy and guide the execution of Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics ERP initiatives, data analytics solutions, and integrated cloud applications. The Senior Director will apply broad technical and business knowledge to deliver end-to-end CRM, ERP, mobile, and web solutions, while ensuring project success through strong governance and key performance metrics. The position also requires collaboration across Warehouse, e-Commerce, Finance, Installation, Sales, Marketing, and Data/AI teams.
