POSITION SUMMARY
The VP, Enterprise Strategy & Alignment serves as the Chief of Staff, trusted thought partner, and strategic integrator to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP is required to work from the Jersey City, NJ office at least three days per week. WORK EXPERIENCE

Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional, multi-stakeholder initiatives (e.g., enterprise strategic planning, organizational transformation, integration, global/regional alignment).

The Role and Responsibilities
