Core Responsibilities
Operational Ownership

Leadership & People Management
Directly manage a team of approximately 12 operational staff. Set clear expectations, coach and develop team members, and build trust through competence and follow-through.
Systems & Technology
Serve as an internal SoftPro expert. Maintain optimized workflows, templates, and system usage, and ensure consistent adoption across the team.
Scaling & Growth
Help design and implement operational processes that scale. Participate in hiring, vetting, and onboarding as the team grows.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable):
10+ years of title agency experience
Direct experience as a title processor and/or escrow officer

The Vice President of Clinical Performance, under direction of the Chief Medical Officer, is responsible for providing physician clinical leadership to direct and advance enterprise-wide efforts to improve value (clinical quality, patient safety, patient experience, access, cost) of care provided to Somatus patients. The VP, Clinical Performance will work closely as the physician partner to the SVP, Clinical Operations and broader clinical operations teams to assess performance across payor-product partners and geographies and to reliably achieve market leading performance. The VP, Clinical Performance will be a key member of the corporate clinical leadership team. Serve as a physician clinical subject matter expert and resource for clinical program and training teams.
Experienced clinical understanding of inpatient and outpatient care delivery to be able to assess appropriate utilization and reduce avoidable acute care utilization.
Conducts and/or supports quality improvement and outcomes studies related to clinical quality outcomes, total cost of care management, and management of avoidable acute care utilization.

The Senior Manager of Workforce Initiatives plays an essential role as the coordinator and manager of key workforce development program partnerships, and grant management. Develop and manage patient hub data operations: Design and maintain data strategies, systems, and processes for patient support programs, ensuring accurate integration and stewardship of data from multiple sources.
Ensure governance and compliance: Implement frameworks to meet regulatory and contractual requirements, collaborating with legal teams on data usage, sharing, and retention policies.
Drive operational excellence: Oversee data pipelines, manage exceptions, and maintain accurate KPIs related to patient access, therapy initiation, adherence, and case resolution.
Lead teams and vendor partnerships: Direct cross-functional data teams and manage relationships with service providers, integration partners, and CRM vendors.
Enable analytics and insights: Deliver curated datasets and dashboards to internal stakeholders, partnering with analytics teams to generate actionable insights on patient access and program effectiveness.
Experience:
15+ years in data management, commercial operations, or analytics within pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
7+ years leading data development and operations for patient services hubs, specialty pharmacy, or commercial data ecosystems.
Proven success building hub data operations in an insourced or hybrid operating model
Technical Skills:
Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/Veeva), data integration (ETL/ELT), and BI tools (Power BI).
Knowledge of data tokenization (Datavant, IQVIA OCE), MDM, and interoperability technologies and standards.
