Primary Purpose of Position
Performs advanced technical/engineering problem solving in support of nuclear plant operations while acting as a resource and technical expert to engineers. Responsible for technical decisions. Primary Duties and Accountabilities
Provide in-depth technical expertise to develop, manage and implement engineering analysis, activities and programs.

**WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH**
+ Maintain and create up to date system functionality documentation providing commissioning support for all new or modified programming. This includes follow up training and coaching for clear understanding (example: Kiln Inlet Analyzer operation)
+ Electrical preventive and predictive maintenance programs. This includes conducting systematic inspections on all plant electrical equipment, collection of quantitative data, its' organization and analysis using a variety of traditional as well as technically advanced diagnostic tools. + Ensure all system-programming meets with proper environmental compliance.

This includes conducting systematic inspections on all plant electrical equipment, collection of quantitative data, its' organization and analysis using a variety of traditional as well as technically advanced diagnostic tools. * Ensure all system-programming meets with proper environmental compliance.

What You'll Do
Lead and develop the electricalengineering team, ensuring strong communication, accountability, and performance
Plan, schedule, and manage engineering workloads, backlogs, and deliverables for multiple concurrent projects
Develop and implement departmental standards, guidelines, and processes to support continuous improvement
Collaborate with project managers, manufacturing, sales, and other engineering groups to meet stakeholder needs
Communicate technical and non-technical information effectively to internal and external audiences
Support company leadership in strategic planning for departmental growth and talent development
Ensure the team upholds safety, compliance, and traceability requirements aligned with NFPA, NEC, UL 508A, CMAA, ASME, NOG-1, NUM-1, and NUREG 0554
Provide timely support to manufacturing and customer needs, ensuring the engineering group is responsive and reliable
What We're Looking For
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET/EAC-accredited program (required)
Experience at the EE II level or equivalent
Proven leadership managing a small-to-medium engineering team (5-10 engineers)
Strong planning, scheduling, and backlog management capabilities
Experience supporting manufacturing operations and customer-driven engineering requests
Industrial electricalengineering experience - controls, motion, power distribution, safety standards
Familiarity with NFPA/NEC, UL 508A, CMAA 70/74, ASME B30/NOG-1/NUM-1, NUREG 0554
Experience with ERP/MRP, scheduling tools, or engineering backlog systems
