II. Duties & Responsibilities People Providing engineering mentorship to all technical employees on their teams. Holding all team members accountable for the quality of the work they produce and sharing immediate feedback. Providing feedback to Team Leaders on the quality of the work their team members are producing. Leading teams of employees to execute on projects. This includes delegating tasks plus reviewing and taking ownership of all work produced by their project team.
