ElectricalEngineer Responsibilities:
+ Develop and update relay packages to support maintenance activities, including documentation of as-found conditions.
+ Perform SKM model updates (preferred software: SKM Powertools), including first-pass updates for base systems, projects, and revalidation efforts.
+ Conduct arc flash studies and relay coordination evaluations to support maintenance and safety compliance.
+ Work with power monitoring systems (preferred: Schneider Electrics Power Monitoring Expert, PME), including device configuration, alarm management, and troubleshooting.
+ Provide support for transformer reliability and testing, including analysis of transformer oil sampling for asset health.
+ Support reliability efforts for switchgear and motor control centers (MCCs).

The SeniorEngineer, Control Systems Reliability position is responsible for the following:
Serves as the control systems administrator and provide daily process control support to the plant to keep the plant systems operational. Responsibilities
* Based on project requirements, communicates team member needs to site supervision to execute the project. Provides timing and direction to this team in order to achieve cost and timing of project.

Manages updates to SAP, spare parts selection and stocking efforts.
* Writes specifications for equipment, evaluates vendor's bids, and selects equipment. Manages these purchases to ensure delivery, specification compliance and cost and forecast control. Provides engineering consulting services to Site. Reviews new project feasibility and provides innovative use of technology. Performs technical design reviews for instrument, electrical and analyzer design packages.

Modify sequences of operations for relaying, PLC Controls, building automation.
Understand major electrical components and their operations, motors, transformers, switchgear, VFDs.
Meet with vendors to determine specification requirements for application.
Perform field verification and take-offs of existing systems for renovation projects.
Understand the proper scope of SD, DD, CD level documents, and deliver appropriate documentation.
Develop specifications to reflect the project requirements.
Coordinate with disciplines internally and communicate well with architects, engineers and contractors.
Respond to RFI's for the project, and accurately review submittals.
Conduct and attend site visits and prepare site reports.
All other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in ElectricalEngineering from an accredited college or university REQUIRED.
Licensed Professional Engineer PREFERRED.
5-10 years professional experience in related Engineering or Consulting industry.
Knowledge of engineering standards including NEC, NESC, NEMA, IEEE and ANSI.
Must be computer literate, engineering software such as SKM or ETAP is a Plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Experience leading and collaborating with other Engineers, including training project team members.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
