The Plant Electrical Engineer is responsible for the design, specification, and maintenance of all of the plant Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage power distribution systems for our 24/7 Food Ingredients Manufacturing Operation. Key responsibilities: Senior Electrical Engineer Contribute to the design, installation, operation, and maintenance of the plant power distribution systems Serve as plant electrical safety advisor and expert Could manage area power and control resources, Develop the technical skills of others outside the electrical discipline Provide electrical technical specifications, standards, and guidelines Maintain plant electrical documentation Cooperatively work with engineering teams to plan, develop, support, and implement capital and sustaining projects to improve safety, reduce costs, improve quality, reduce environmental impacts and increase capacity. Experience with 120V/480V/4160V/15kV power distribution design, installation, and maintenance Experience with Natural Gas Cogeneration Systems is a plus Knowledge of power distribution system protection including--but not limited to--short circuit and arc flash analysis, SKM modelling, and relay applications/programming Ability to understand and implement multiple layers of reliability and predictive maintenance testing including but not limited to transformer oil testing, infrared scans, partial discharge testing, and ultrasound monitoring. This job family programs and configures end user applications, systems, databases and websites to achieve the organization's internal needs and externally-facing business needs. Application Development & Maintenance partners with business leaders, investigates user needs and conducts regular assessments, maintenance and enhancements of existing applications. This role will act as a subject matter expert & lead in the OTC Pricing & Rebates areas in an SAP environment consisting of ECC and S4 systems. This role requires close working relationships with senior business and IT leadership, implementation partners, Enterprise Architecture and the PMO office and will focus on the end-to-end SAP solution delivery. **Responsibilities** + Applies advanced knowledge and understanding of SAP ECC & SAP S4 to build, advise and support business functions. + Lead complex design decisions, perform fit/gap analysis, adhere to SAP best practices and collaborate with cross functional teams. + Act as a SME for the Pricing function with the larger SAP Center of Excellence team. + Provide advice and direction to teams solving technical challenges. + Participate and lead effort estimation for new functionality asks and liaison with various business partners to help drive business cases. + Interact with VP level business leaders to help navigate complex system processes. + Closely follows strategic direction set by the segment and executes on priority goals. **Qualifications** + Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred. + 10+ years hands-on, expert level experience in large scale ERP programs, leading solution implementation in SAP OTC, Pricing, Vistex preferred. + Experience in handling complex large-scale implementations while leading solution design, implementation, deployment and hyper-care preferred. + Clear understanding and extensive hands-on experience in SAP OTC processes with a specialization in Pricing. + Configuration experience with Condition tables, Condition types, Access sequences, Pricing procedures, Condition records and Pricing routines. + Knowledge of OTC-FI and Vistex-FI integration is a plus. + Understanding and Experience in Vistex Chargebacks, Billbacks, Agreements and Memberships, Data Objects is desirable + Configuration experience with Vistex Composite and Transactional IP architecture with complex Calculation Runs & Buckets is desirable + Experience in systems integration of SAP to non-SAP systems (EDI, Middleware tools, APIGEE SDFC etc.) preferred. + Experience with working on various integrations to SAP such as IDocs, EDI (850, 855, 810 ,832, 844, 845, 849, 867) preferred. + Knowledge in ABAP debugging is a plus. + Experience working within a S4/HANA environment is a differentiator. + Experience with in S/4 Condition Contracts, Settlement management a plus. + Understanding of how SAP interacts with SLT, HANA Models , Attunity and Big Query a plus. + Experience interacting with Senior business leaders and leading blueprinting sessions is preferred. **Anticipated salary range:** $123,400 - $176,300 **Bonus eligible:** Yes **Benefits:** Cardinal Health offers a wide variety of benefits and programs to support health and well-being. + Medical, dental and vision coverage + Paid time off plan + Health savings account (HSA) + 401k savings plan + Access to wages before pay day with my FlexPay + Flexible spending accounts (FSAs) + Short- and long-term disability coverage + Work-Life resources + Paid parental leave + Healthy lifestyle programs **Application window anticipated to close:** 12/29/2025 *if interested in opportunity, please submit application as soon as possible.
