You will be responsible for the design, construction support, and commissioning of high-density, mission-critical power systems that enable next-generation AI infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Design, analyze, and oversee high-voltage (HV), medium-voltage (MV), and low-voltage (LV) electrical systems for AI data centers. Develop single-line diagrams, load calculations, and electrical layouts for server halls, substations, and mechanical rooms. Specify and design switchgear, transformers, PDUs, busways, UPS systems, and backup generators to support high-density AI workloads. Ensure redundancy and reliability of power systems (N+1, 2N, 2N+1 configurations). Support construction phase: review submittals, RFIs, inspect installations, and resolve field issues. Lead or support commissioning activities including IST, FAT/SAT, relay and protective device testing. Conduct arc flash, short-circuit, and load flow studies to ensure compliance with NFPA, NEC, and IEEE standards. Collaborate with MEP, mechanical, and IT teams to integrate high-density power and cooling systems, including liquid cooling for AI clusters. Coordinate with utilities and EPC partners to ensure seamless substation and site power integration. Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on mission-critical power design best practices.
