The Team

The Controls/Automation Engineer will play a strategic and high-impact role in advancing The Jackson Laboratory's JMCRS (Jackson Mice & Clinical Research Services) operations and broader institutional initiatives. This position is central to the success of a major automation initiative in collaboration with the New York Stem Cell Foundation (NYSCF), requiring not only deep technical expertise but also strong interpersonal and project coordination skills.
The engineer will lead the design and integration of automated systems and robotics that improve operational efficiency, reduce ergonomic risks, and address workforce challenges.
