What You'll Do
Develop the local electrical playbook that includes inventory selection, fleet design, services and price book configuration, and operational guidelines.
Install, repair and maintain electrical wiring, fixtures, and systems in both residential and commercial buildings.
Support the related electrical needs from businesses plumbing and HVAC service verticals.
Install circuit breakers and other electrical hardware and connects wiring to them.
Connect electrical systems to power lines to provide electricity to the building.
Test electrical systems to ensure proper installation and operation. Inspect electrical systems to determine whether repairs are needed. Replace conduit and wiring as needed. Replace circuit breakers as needed. Ensure all work complies with electrical codes.
Maintain required licensing; keep current with the latest training on current products. Communicate regularly with dispatch to assess and adjust labor capacity in order to support customer demand and business needs.
Develop and monitor budgets, revenue and margin goals and departmental objectives. Review work orders, invoices and time reports to ensure profitability.
Work alongside HVAC Service Manager to support lead generation, promotes cross-selling of HVAC and electrical services, develop maintenance agreements, and estimate and generate bids for larger electrical projects.
Complete special projects and perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Master Electrical Contractor license required.
5+ years of residential electrical experience.
2+ years of leadership or management experience preferred.
Must have a valid drivers' license and a good driving record.
Extensive knowledge of electrical systems and wiring.
Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
Proficient in the use of test meters and other diagnostic equipment.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to see color to discern color-coded wiring.
Prolonged periods standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders or scaffolding.
Must be physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduits.
Must be able to lift to 50 pounds at a time.

Job Summary
Assists the Project Engineer with being the technical source of information for the project. Responds to questions about drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and change orders and have responsibility for assisting in writing change orders, RFl's, meeting minutes, and reviewing Submittals. Maintains an effective and professional working relationship with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers. This position includes three 'steps' (I, II and Senior), which provide for a progression of skill and experience. Step I is the entry level for individuals with a minimum of experience in this position. Step II is used for employees with 2 years of experience in this position, or with experience on larger and more complex projects. The 'Senior' step is used for employees with more than 4 years of experience and/or experience on significantly larger or more complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assists Project Engineer in developing and maintaining as-built drawings and other work tasks and assists with or reviews and processes submittals, change orders, RFl's, and budget forecasting. Ensures the timely and appropriate generation, collection, distribution, storage, retrieval and ultimate disposition of meeting agendas, RFl's and daily reports.
2. Demonstrates an understanding of the project management plan (PMP) and is involved in support and execution of the plan. Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the change management process and performs project scope activities and supports the project team to ensure the work needed to complete the project successfully.
3. Ensures the administration of the project quality management plan and demonstrates and reinforces a culture of safety throughout the project.
4. May assist in the calculation of daily production rates and unit costs for self-performed work. Participates in risk management including identification, analysis, response planning and monitoring and control on a project and demonstrates competency in understanding the environmental control processes for the project and takes corrective actions when necessary.
5. May be responsible for overseeing/managing the BIM (Building Information Modeling) Coordination between Subcontractors and Designers.
6. May be responsible for the documentation and submittal for the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Certification of a building and for creating and updating Digital Record Drawings (ORD).
7. May provide lines, grades and layout as required for the project while maintaining an organized log book.
8. May provide the following weekly quantities: maintains accurate quantity logs and reports quantities in compliance with the cost control manual. Completed logs are to be filed with the project files. Perform elements of the processes involved in budgeting and controlling costs so that the project can be completed within the approved budget. 9. Provides support to superintendents required for the execution of the work and assists in the resolution of field problems as necessary.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
Actively contributes to development projects as a member of Raycap's local and global technical engineering teams
Designs and lays out printed circuit boards using the Altium software suite
Manages the efficient and timely translation of customer needs into viable marketable solutions
Evaluates electrical systems, products and applications, to design optimal solutions for our customers
Assures product quality during production by designing electrical testing methods at both board and system level
Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
Provides technical support to inside and outside sales personnel
Adheres to Raycap's Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management (EMS), and Occupational Health & Safety (OSHA) and procedures
Qualifications / Experience:
This position requires a BSEE or MSEE
1 - 5 years of product development experience in an electronic / electrical manufacturing environment
Design experience in one of the following product segments:
Power, energy, defense, industrial automation and/or control industries
Telecommunications, RF applications & testing and DC circuits
Prior experience in the design of Surge Protection Devices will be a plus
Analog and digital electronic design and schematic capture
Experience with embedded microcontroller designs, ICE and IDE development tools and C programming.
Strong organizational and time management skills and an ability to adapt to changing requirements and circumstances
Strong verbal presentation, writing and computer application skills
An able to simultaneously manage several objectives and changing priorities
An ability to interpret a multitude of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Willingness to work in a cooperative and effective manner while under pressure to meet deadlines

Join our amazing team and contribute as a: Electrical Supervisor ABOUT THE ROLE Plan, schedule and oversee the execution of all electrical maintenance activities in the plant in order to maximize equipment utilization and reliability

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
* Ensure that all electrical work performed either by the electrical/instrumentation technicians or outside contractors is performed in a safe manner and meets all applicable regulations.
* Lead the Electrical Safe Work Practices (ESWP) and Energy Isolation (EI) programs.
* Oversee the maintenance of process instrumentation to ensure proper environmental compliance.
* Oversee the maintenance of quality instrumentation to ensure proper quality control.
* Keep the Maintenance Manager informed of all electrical department issues including union issues, budget compliance, equipment reliability, and inter-department coordination.
* Develop and maintain the electrical and computer control system Predictive / Preventive Maintenance program.
* Daily monitoring of the plant electrical equipment to ensure reliability through physical inspections and process monitoring.
* Prioritize, plan, schedule and assign electrical and control system work, and coordinate this work with the other departments.
* Follows-up on the effectiveness of the work performed and initiates corrective measures where necessary.
* Maintain electrical documentation including but not limited to master equipment files, regulatory compliance files, equipment specifications, and repair history.
* Assist in the development of the electrical budget and maintain compliance to the budget.
* Work with the PLT to determine improvement activity priorities and budgeting.
* Evaluate computer control equipment and their components to assure they meet the plant requirements.
* Define, write and implement process control programs.
* Provide control system training and guidance for plant personnel.
* Troubleshoot control system hardware and software problems.
* Manage the improvements documentation.
* Actively manage the plant's improvement activities and support CAPEX as needed.
* Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Education: Technical degree or 8 years of equivalent experience.
Required Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of electrical supervision and project experience, PLC programming experience and knowledge of HMI systems.
Required Computer and Software Skills: SAP, MS Office
