Our client, a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company, has engaged GForce Life Sciences to provide a Senior Electrical Engineer. the Professional Engineer (PE) will have expertise in electrical systems including electrical distributed power generation, feeds, distribution, lighting, fire alarm, emergency power, UPS, and low voltage systems. The PE is responsible for overseeing the engineering of these systems for major capital projects and initiatives from conceptualization through programming, design, bidding, construction, commissioning, and close out. The Senior Substation Electrical Engineer is an integral resource to our Power Substation leadership (and supporting team) as you lead programs and a team of engineers on Milhouse projects. You will lead protective system designs, physical layout designs, and calculations, as well as coordinate with other disciplines on substation projects. Your main responsibilities can include creating electrical protection & control and/or physical layout design deliverables for a range of Substation projects. Focus will be on the delivery of substation automation systems for our high voltage substation projects. Typical projects include working within multi-disciplinary teams to assist in developing efficient and reliable solutions for intricate substation projects.
