We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of mechanical systems, with a focus on exhaust and emission components. This role is critical in ensuring engineering accuracy, improving manufacturability, and supporting our fabrication team through practical, production-ready solutions. Responsibilities Lead the review and approval of mechanical drawings and designs to ensure accuracy, manufacturability, and compliance with internal standards and customer specifications. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance performance of existing designs, including legacy products. Provide direct engineering support to the fabrication and production teams to troubleshoot issues, clarify designs, and ensure successful execution on the shop floor. Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for product or process issues identified during manufacturing or testing. Create and revise 3D models, 2D drawings, and technical documentation using SolidWorks. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Procurement, and Project Management to ensure successful project delivery.
