Job Overview:

Network Certifications/Extensive Experience
Knowledge of environmental monitoring tools (Wireshark/HBSS/Solar Winds/Splunk)
Experience with deployment of system images in an enterprise environment
Experience with SIPR network, trusted downloads and DoD Safe
It is imperative that this candidate be familiar with ground stations which utilize a System Admin Manual (SAM)
Experience with IETM's, NATOPS, Maintenance instructions and Maintenance sign off processes
Experience supporting deployed aeronautical systems
Voice and Data COMMS experience a plus
Experience with Cyber system requirements, STIGs, ATO and other relevant processes

Primary Level Salary Range: $63,800.00 - $95,800.00Secondary Level Salary Range: $78,700.00 - $118,100.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. Job Description
The Senior Field Engineer position will begin their assignment at a Project based in the Caribbean and will assist with managing the design and construction of marine port facilities and marine adjacent structures, including but not limited to site survey, engineering submittals, quantity tracking and development of means and methods of construction. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to site safety requirements, construction schedule updates, contract and budget management, construction and engineering work plan development and ensuring that work completed on site meets the quality control requirements of the contract.
Requirements:
•B.S. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
•0-5 years experience in marine foundations and structures installation, must be proficient with AutoCAD
•Responsible to learn construction practices as required for compliance with specified building codes; industry standards; company procedures; contractual requirements; etc.
•Assists the Project Manager with required documents and information to support the successful completion of construction activities
•Serves as resource to field supervision for project specifications, procedures, relevant portions of contract, etc.
•Attends construction project meetings and safety meetings as assigned
Other Skills and Abilities:
•Must be willing to work in a drug-free environment and agree to a post offer drug test.
•Must be willing to work safely with a target of Zero work place incidents.
•Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards and specialty bridge design software, such as AutoCAD; must be proficient with MS Office.
•Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively plan and organize to meet project deadlines.
•Open to relocation to projects throughout the Caribbean as required by regional needs.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Must work well with other Field Engineers, Project Managers, Superintendents and Craft Personnel on the project. May have supervisory responsibilities of Field Engineers on project depending project assignment.
Education and/or Experience:
A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience. Language Skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to work with mathematical concepts related to structural engineering and related calculations. Individual should some level of business acumen, including knowledge of operating expenses, profit, etc. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software, reporting tools related to databases. Must have the ability to learn design software programs. Experience with Primavera P6, Procore and JD Edwards a plus.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Current driver's license and passport.
