Leadership - In implementing Business Process Excellence through reliability technologies utilization and training of maintenance and engineering personnel as well as the educating of management and production groups in reliability technologies and methodology. Authority to make critical judgements and recommendations relative to the ability of the facility and equipment to support immediate specific production needs and the future needs of Plant Services to support the production process. Experienced and Educated in aforementioned technologies as well as the professional interaction skills to communicate and work as a team member with a diverse Company population. Budget development support and adherence Position will have the responsibility to support Plant Services to identify and implement the best reliability technology and methodology for the facility to provide for the facility design operational capacity.
