**What YOU Will Do:**
+ Develop and maintain ATE (Automated Test Equipment) test software for a factory/production environment which exercises and analyzes hardware deliverable products
+ Develop and maintain ATE (Automated Test Equipment) test fixtures through circuit design, cable design, connector strategies, and top-level fixture design. Work closely with a PCB and mechanical designers, reviewing designs and participating in design reviews
+ Support cradle to grave efforts including requirements, design, integration, validation, verification, and maintenance of test hardware and software
+ Design high quality solutions that meet cost and schedule targets
+ High focus on DFM/DFS standards (Design for Manufacturability / Design for Serviceability)
+ Troubleshoot software and hardware as part of an integration team

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
