The Senior Project Engineer will design operational facility plans, evaluate and improve processing plants, and provide and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. In addition, this position will mentor junior engineers and geologists and contribute to the long-term growth and sustainability of the organization. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's or master's degree in geology, mining, geological, or civil engineering A minimum of 8 years of experience in mining aggregate, crushed stone, sand and gravel, cement, and/or consulting industries Registered professional engineer/ professional geologist or ability to obtain upon hire At least 5 years of project management experience Leadership and team management experience Experience in technical report writing Experience in commercial engineering and mining software (e.g., AutoCAD, Carlson, Surpac, Vulcan, Carlson, Minesched, and GIS) preferred Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record; position requires operating a company or personal vehicle during work hours for business-related travel Additional Information Compensation: Salary depends on experience and expertise.
