Program Summary: The Defense Enclave Services (DES) program supports a highly demanding mission and requires expert technical and professional management support to DISA enterprise Information Technology (IT) services. You will be working in a large and complex IT consolidation, migration and modernization effort towards a Single Server Provider model that provides sustainment, maintenance, Problem and Change management services to help ensure secure, reliable and uninterrupted availability of the Department of Defense networks and services. Primary Responsibilities: Design and implement Microsoft Intune solutions that meet end user requirements Create and manage Intune policies for application deployment, device compliance, and security configurations. This role will be responsible for proactively identifying and mitigating program-level risks, driving innovation in PNT technologies, and ensuring alignment with Army modernization priorities. Primary duties will include (but not limited to): Provides strategic guidance and oversight across all systems engineering activities for PM PNT products. Supports all phases of the system lifecycle, from concept development through fielding and beyond, adhering to DoD guidance, IEEE 1220 standards, and PM PNT established processes. Leads complex integration efforts, ensuring seamless interoperability with current and emerging warfighting capabilities. Represents PM PNT at key technical forums and be responsible for mentoring and developing the technical expertise of the systems engineering team. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Deep understanding of DOTMLPF analysis and its impact on system design and implementation.
